All of the services provided by the Choctaw Nation have been carefully designed to ensure that each member of the tribe can look forward to a bright, prosperous future. The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is honored to present this extensive list of the programs and services available to the Chahta people.

Elder Advocacy

Provides community outreach, advocacy, training, preparation and other support services.

Member Legal Assistance

Prepares legal documents for filing to those who cannot otherwise afford legal assistance within the courts of the Choctaw Nation or the State of Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Indian Legal Services (OILS)

Non-profit legal aid office that provides services to low-income Native Americans living in Oklahoma.

Wildlife Conservation

Seeks to balance the value wildlife provides with what mankind provides back to nature; Choctaw tribal members may hunt and fish within the Choctaw Nation reservation using their tribal membership card.
