Down Payment/Closing Cost Assistance

Assist tribal members with a second mortgage to help with the costs associated with the purchase of a home, if allowed by the client's specific loan program and participating lender guidelines.

Next Step Initiative (Personal Finance Assistance)

Seeks to help working households and elders find success in learning the skills appropriate for financial stability.

Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)

Provides micro-loans to Choctaw tribal members within the service area only for emergency home improvements and small businesses.

Southeastern Oklahoma Indian Credit Association (Loan Program)

Providing loans to Native Americans who cannot borrow from other lending institutions.
