The Choctaw Nation Department of Behavioral Health provides a variety of services for adults, adolescents, and children. These services are available at the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center or local clinics by appointment.

Sobriety is not a decision, it is a journey. This video takes us on the journey to sobriety of two individuals. Opioid overdose claimed 48 lives in the Choctaw Nation in 2019 alone.
