Eligibility
- Must be age 62 or older
- Must meet HUD established income limits for each area
- Copy of SSN card and a photo identification for all household occupants
- Must pass a background check for all persons 18 years and older
- Must be able to provide two previous landlord references or two third-party statements from non-relatives
How to Apply
Completed applications can be submitted via mail, email or fax. For faxed applications, the original must then be mailed to the office.

Each property offers a community center for tenants to enjoy, which includes a washer and dryer for tenant use only, as well as a storm shelter in the event of inclement weather.
