Additional Information
The program conducts research to provide additional historical and cultural context. The information is shared with the broader community when appropriate. Through these interactions, the community actively directs the efforts of the department, ensuring that community needs and aspirations inform decisions.
The program is made up of several different components including Community presentations, classes, oral history recordings, answering information and research requests, Iti Fabvssa, the Chahta Imponna Database, and Chahta Tosholi.
