
Tribal Opioid Response Program (TOR)
Offers outpatient counseling and recovery support services to those suffering from opioid or methamphetamine abuse/misuse.
Eligibility
- Must be a resident of Oklahoma
- CDIB, letter of descendance or tribal membership card from a federally recognized tribe
- Must have a history of methamphetamine or opioid abuse
- Must be age 14 or older

- Peer Recovery Support Specialists meetings
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use
- Recovery Support, including sober living recommendations
- A team of professionals, including Counselors (LPC and LADC), Social Workers, Case Managers, RN Case Manager, Nurse Practitioner
- Gas vouchers (with restrictions) with completion of screenings
- Qualified clients can get Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC) assessment for DUIs paid for (client responsible for follow-up appointment costs)
- Resources for virtual and in-person assistance
