Eligibility
- Must be able to receive services in the Choctaw Nation service area
- Victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking
- In need of transitional housing as a result of fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Copy of front and back of CDIB and tribal membership card

Project EMPOWER (Educating, Motivating, and Providing Opportunities for (Victims) Working to Enrich and Reclaim (their lives)) assists victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking by helping them stabilize housing, childcare and other day-to-day support so they can focus on reclaiming their lives.
