Treating all ages with physical limitations caused by disease, injury, developmental delays or chronic pain.
Eligibility
- Must have a medical chart with a CNHSA health facility
- CDIB, letter of descendancy or tribal membership card from a federally recognized tribe
- Non-eligible Choctaw Nation Healthcare employees and dependent children (Talihina location only)
- Non-eligible spouses of a CDIB holder for the breast program (Talihina location only)

Licensed physical therapists and assistants treat patients to promote a return to a better level of functioning through therapeutic exercises, equipment and activities. They also provide wound care and education to all ages to promote optimal healing.
