Eligibility
- Must be a CNO tribal member
- Must complete the online application
- If information provided on the stole application cannot be verified through previous Higher Education Scholarship applications, the applicant will be emailed to provide a verification letter, graduation registration or receipt from the institution stating the anticipated graduation/conferral date.
- Must apply in the senior year of the applicant's bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree program
- Students will only receive one (1) stole in the duration of their college career.

Additional Information
If an online application is completed less than four weeks prior to an anticipated graduation date, a stole delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please allow at least four weeks for processing and delivery.
