ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat)
Offering evaluation and treatment for conditions of the ears, nose and throat, including head and neck surgeries.
Eligibility
- Must reside within the Choctaw Nation service area for any referral services
- CDIB, letter of descendance or tribal membership card from a federally recognized tribe (except Chickasaw)
- Patient must be two years of age or older
How to Apply
Requires a referral from a primary care provider.

- Adenoidectomy
- Myringotomy with Tube Placement (Ear Tubes)
- Septoplasty
- Sinus Surgery (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, or FESS)
- Nasal Polypectomy
- Lesions on head or neck
- Hoarseness or Vocal Cord Issues
- Scopes
- Chronic/Recurrent Ear Infection Treatment
- Management of Infections in Inner, Outer, or Middle Ear
- Hearing Disorders
