Eligibility
- Must be a CNO tribal member
- Must reside in the Choctaw Nation Reservation Area
- Attend budgeting classes for a period of three months prior to loan closing
- Applicant must provide landlord or mortgage lenders' information for the last two years
- Copy of most recent pay stub for a 30-day period
- Copy of award letter for SSI, AFDC, retirement income, etc.
- W2 statements for the past two years
- Past two years signed and dated federal income tax returns
- Copy of SSN card and a photo identification for all borrowers
- Copy of front and back of CDIB and tribal membership card
- Copy of most recent bank statement
