Choctaw Homebuyer Advantage Program (CHAP)

Offers loans to eligible tribal members with no maximum income limits. Qualify for a mortgage loan according to credit and debt ratios.

Eligibility

• Proof of Choctaw Tribal Membership
• Copy of front and back of CDIB and Tribal Membership card
• Copy of most recent pay stub for a 30-day period
• Must provide landlord or mortgage lenders information for the last two years
• Copy of award letter for SSI, AFDC, retirement income, etc.
• Copy of W2 for past two years
• Copy of past two years date and filed federal tax return or tax transcripts
• Copy of most recent bank statement with bank name, address, and account information
• Copy of SSN card and a valid state issued photo ID or driver's license for all borrowers

Apply online, via mail, or email with Choctaw Home Finance for a referral to an approved lender

Lending areas approved by participating lenders. Please call for specific state requirements. Out of state loans must originate with Choctaw Home Finance.
