Additional Information
The program provides access to an array of resources for families to learn skills such as anger management, communication, expression of feelings, understanding defenses, boundaries, refusal skills, choosing safe and trustworthy friends, problem-solving, decision making, dreams and goal setting, identification of a safe person, and meditation/centering/relaxing.
- Classes are for 16 weeks following a tailored curriculum for parents and children.
- Family meal provided before each class.
As this is a family function and to respect the program’s structure, please be mindful not to attend if in active use.
