Adult Reentry Program

The program connects individuals with a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) who will develop a compassionate support plan to create a future filled with hope, opportunity and cultural pride.

Eligibility

Must be a resident of Oklahoma
CDIB, letter of descendancy or tribal membership card from a federally recognized tribe
Must be age 18 or older
Must have a history of substance use disorder or co-occurring substance use and mental disorder
Sentenced in a correctional facility and within four months of release or on probation and at risk of reincarceration

Additional Information

A PRSS is someone who has been through their own recovery journey and is trained to help others. They listen, support and walk with clients as they work toward their own goals.

These services help individuals who are at risk of going to jail or have been involved with the justice system. The goal is to support individuals as they work toward a safer, healthier life.
