How to Earn Entries

  • Choctaw Nation tribal members can visit choctawnation.com to enter to win $2,500 in cash after the State of the Nation during the entry dates of 10 a.m. Sept. 2, 2024, through 11:59 p.m. Sept. 15, 2024. Submissions will be completed by the following method: online webform.
  • The drawing will be held on Sept. 16, 2024, and the winner will be contacted after verified.
  • The communications team will randomly draw and select a winner.
  • Prize must be claimed within 24 hours, or the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
  • Winners are limited to one person per drawing;
  • The winner will receive a prize of $2,500.
  • Winners will be contacted via the phone number and email listed on webform immediately following the verified tribal member eligibility for the drawing.

$2,500 to be given away on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024.

General Rules

  1. Must be 18 years or older to participate;
  2. Must be a Choctaw Tribal Member to participate.
  3. In the event the winner is not eligible to win, a new winner will be drawn.
  4. The following individuals are prohibited from winning any promotional drawing: all associates involved in administering the giveaway, the Executive Directors of Communications, Senior Executive Officers, Assistant Chief, all elected officials and banned guests of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma;
  5. Participants must claim their prize within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. Winner must provide a W-9 Form and valid photo identification.;
  6. All applicable taxes relating to winning any prizes are the participant’s sole responsibility. Participants with cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a Form 1099. Social security number is required, per IRS, for winnings equal or greater than $100 (refer to the IRS website);
  7. The winner is responsible for any title or license for any of the prizes. Winners will receive a W2G, when applicable, provided by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (only if applicable);
  8. By participating in this promotion, you understand, agree, and grant the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma the irrevocable and perpetual right to use all photos of yourself relating to the promotion including, but not limited to marketing and promotional purposes;
  9. Any participants submitting multiple entries will be disqualified. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is not responsible for misidentified or falsified information regarding Tribal Membership;
  10. Winners agree the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, its affiliated and related companies, elected and appointed officials, directors, advertising agencies, and their employees have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of prize awarded herein;
  11. The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma reserves the right to void any registration and/or change or modify this promotion without notice to the public;
  12. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma’s Division of Legal and Compliance in a manner deemed to be the fairest to all concerned, and the decision shall be final and binding on all participants.
  13. The interpretation of the rules, eligibility, etc. is the sole discretion of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and all decisions are final;
  14. Prize(s) and entries into this promotion are non-transferable.
