Broken Bow Health Clinic Updates

The Choctaw Nation Ruby Choate Health Clinic – Broken Bow is beginning its transformation. The first step is upgrading the phone system which will mean a new main number. Beginning November 1, the main number will change to 580-208-2204. You can change the number in your records now and start using the new number as it is already live and working.

In October, the clinic staff will move into a modular building on the property to continue to provide services while the clinic building undergoes expansion.
