Broken Bow Health Clinic Updates

The Choctaw Nation Ruby Choate Health Clinic – Broken Bow is beginning its transformation. The first step is upgrading the phone system which will mean a new main number. Beginning November 1, the main number will change to 580-208-2204. You can change the number in your records now and start using the new number as it is already live and working.

The clinic staff will be moving into an on-site modular building January 24 until January 28. The providers will be available in the Idabel Clinic for any of our patients’ urgent care needs during the time closed. The clinic is anticipated to reopen in the modular building on Monday, January 29 and will operate out of the modular building throughout construction to expand and update the clinic building.
