Talihina Community Clinic Moves to Larger Facility

DURANT, Okla. — The Choctaw Nation Talihina Community Clinic (TCC) is moving locations to better serve patients and the community. The new location, at 818 Dallas Street, Talihina, OK will officially open on Monday, May 11, 2026.

The expanded facility will provide better patient care through a larger 26,542-square-foot clinic.

The new clinic location will continue to offer:

• Community Health Clinic services to the community
• Employee Health Clinic services for Choctaw Nation associates
• Optometry Clinic services for eligible Choctaw Nation Health Services patients

The new location will serve as the location for the summer food program.

The clinic is open to all community members, both tribal or non-tribal for non-emergency healthcare needs. Medicare, SoonerCare and private insurance are accepted (co-pay due at time of service).
