Choctaw Nation Wants Your Input to Improve Transportation Safety
Published August 24, 2026The Choctaw Nation is developing a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) to improve transportation safety throughout the reservation, and we need your help.
Funded through the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program, the Comprehensive Safety Action Plan will identify transportation safety concerns, analyze crash trends, and recommend projects and strategies to make our roadways safer for everyone.
Whether you drive, walk, bike, use public transportation, or simply travel throughout the Choctaw Nation, your experiences matter. Community feedback is one of the most important parts of the planning process and will help identify locations where safety improvements are needed most.
Take the Transportation Safety Survey
The survey takes only a few minutes to complete and is open to all residents, visitors, employees, and anyone who regularly travels within the Choctaw Nation reservation.
