July is Social Wellness Month! It’s a time to build and maintain well-being, or effectively interact with those around you to create a support system.

Social wellness fosters a connection with others, while contributing to one’s sense of belonging. Below are some examples of how you can celebrate social wellness month:

  • Make connections;
  • Build healthy relationships; or
  • Bond with kids.

Our Chahta Spirit of faith, family, and culture embodies these activities. I encourage you to make those connections and build those relationships, as they will enhance your overall well-being.
