Dr. Scott Ketchum is Assistant Professor, Director of Native American Studies, and Chickasaw Endowed Chair at East Central University discusses developments within the university’s Native American Studies program including the addition of Choctaw language courses and efforts in culture and language preservation. Cultural Resource Management Dr. A. Holly Jones shares information on Native American Studies’ Cultural Resource Management thrust regarding the development of an archaeology field school.
