Home Rehabilitation Services

Providing emergency repairs, appliances and rehabilitation services (substantial rehabilitation or voucher) for privately owned homes, including Mutual Help homes that have been paid off.

Eligibility

• Rehabilitation Services and Emergency Repairs
• Must be a tribal member household
• Must meet income guidelines
• Must own the home for a minimum of one (1) year and provide proof of ownership
• Must use home as primary residence
• Home located within the Choctaw Nation service area
• Appliances
• Must be a tribal member household

How to Apply

Applications are available by contacting the Housing Authority, going online or picking one up at any of the Choctaw Nation Community Centers.

Additional Information

Assistance is based on a scoring system that awards points for income, age and documented disability. Priority is given to eligible families that are lowest in income, elderly, have verifiable disabilities and members of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
