McClain, John Quinn

John Quinn McClain

John Quinn McClain, son of George W. McClain and Laura Belle Boyd, was born in 1891 at Skullyville and died in 1963. He received his education at Ft. Smith Business College. He was a farmer, cattleman, and County Commissioner. During World War I he served in the United States Army. He married Jean Wilson. After her death, he married Mary Gossett and they have one son, Buddy Gilliam, born in 1943.
