Colton dearly loved his family, community and playing sports. He began volunteering before he was five with Durant Main Street. This is a great way to remember Colton and his contribution to our community. The run is the perfect event for participation and community involvement for people of all ages. Benefits will go to the Colton Sherrill Memorial Foundation and Durant Main Street.
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: 8:15 a.m. This is an out-and-back course.
- 5k: 9:00 a.m. The course will take you past the historic courthouse, through the magnolia-lined campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University and back to Market Square.
- 10k: 9:00 a.m. This route is the same as the 5k course and continues to the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma, the historic former Choctaw Nation Headquarters and back to Market Square.
Water stops are available along the race route.
Requirements
- Early packet pickup will be on Friday, Oct. 17, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Market Square on 2nd and Main Street in Durant.
- Race Day packet pickup will begin at 7:00 a.m.
- Deadline to sign up or cancel registration for this event is Oct. 3 at noon.
