Requirements
- Artist applications due by Aug. 29, 2025.
- Set-up will be the morning of Saturday, Sept. 13 beginning at 9:00 a.m. In lieu of a booth fee, we are asking artists/craftsmen to donate an item that will be used as a giveaway to attendees.
- Applicants may request a table, but availability is on a first-come, first-served basis determined by registration order. Wheelock has a limited number of tables on site, so bringing a personal table and/or canopy is recommended. Tables are 8x3 ft.
- The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and artists/craftsmen are encouraged to stay for the full duration.
- No animals are allowed in booth space except certified service dogs (We do have neighborhood animals that visit the property).
- No smoking near buildings and cigarette butts should be disposed of properly.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area neat and clean.
- Wheelock Academy Historic Site and its staff and volunteers of the fair are not responsible for inclement weather, loss or damage to property, injury or accidents of any kind.
- The fair is sponsored by Wheelock Academy Historic Site for the purpose of giving artists and craftsmen public exposure and a market to show and sell their creations.
