I hereby release Bryan County Domestic Violence Task Force, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, City of Durant, Southeastern Oklahoma State University and other official partners from all claims or liabilities of any kind resulting from, arising out of, or incident to my participation in this event. I grant full permission for the organizers to use my name and likeness in any broadcast, telecast, video or print media of the event without compensation. Each participant will be required to sign a waiver before the event. Team leaders are responsible for obtaining waivers from each of the members. If a minor is participating, we must have the signature of the parent or guardian.
