Choctaw Nation offers emergency and urgent care services at the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center in Talihina 24 hours per day, seven days per week, all year long. The Emergency/ Urgent Care Department is continuously staffed by Physicians, Mid-Level Providers, and a highly trained nursing staff. Emergency services are open to all eligible Native Americans, free of charge. Non-eligible community members will be billed based on services rendered.
If you or a family member face a life or death situation or possible loss of limb or eyesight, either call 911 or rush to the nearest community Emergency Room.
If you are Native American and use a non-Indian Health Service or nontribal emergency facility, please ensure CRC is notified within 72 hours following treatment by calling (918) 567-7000 Ext. 7008 or (800) 349- 7029 Ext. 7008.
