The 2026 tribal calendar recognizes twelve Choctaw veterans who embody the meaning of Chahta Tvshka, or Choctaw warrior. Their service reflects the long tradition of Chahta men and women who have defended their people, protected their communities and carried the Choctaw spirit of faith, family and culture wherever they serve.
