Tarbert earns master’s degree in Geneva

Vivian Rue Tarbert graduated in September 2023 with a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute in Geneva, Switzerland. She is spending Fall 2023 working as a congressional intern in Washington D.C.

She is a daughter of Jesse Tarbert and Jamie Rue of Washington DC. She would like to say “yakoke” to the Choctaw Nation for the support she received through the Choctaw Nation Higher Education program.
