Norma Ruth Ortiz

Norma Ruth (Billy) Ortiz, 80, passed away Aug. 28, 2022.

Norma was born Feb. 25, 1942, in Broken Bow, Okla., to Julius and Susie Billy.

She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Ortiz; her parents; sisters Dorothy Cunningham and Ruth Battiest; and brothers Wilbert Billy and Wilkin Billy.

Norma is survived by her children Lisa Ortiz (Mariya Ortiz), Christopher Ortiz Sr. (Karen Ortiz), and Jason Ortiz; grandsons Christopher Ortiz Jr., Macarian Ortiz, and Jayden (Kiana Jordan); great-granddaughter Ava Evfaye Ortiz; sisters Sharon Battiest and Julia Billy; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
