Franklin Delano Simpson Sr.

Franklin Delano Simpson Sr., 84, passed away Oct. 6, 2021. Franklin was born April 23, 1937, in Hugo, Okla., to Bernard and Fannie Cravatt Simpson. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Mary Lee; son Milton Simpson; and great-grandson Michael Simpson.

Franklin is survived by his son Franklin Jr. and spouse Regina; daughter Wanda Bustamante; grandchildren LaDonna Battiest, Linda Noah, Charlie Simpson, Franklin Simpson III, Darnell Williams, Russell Simpson, Bryan Simpson, Tallulah Villeda, Juanita Bustamante, Santigo Bustamante, and Carmen Litchford; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
