Charlotte Rethelia Bowers, 82, passed away April 29, 2023.

Charlotte was born April 2, 1941, in Idabel, Okla., to Sam and Opal (Denison) Montgomery.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Charlotte is survived by her husband Jerry Wayne Bowers; children and spouses Laura and Tim Taylor, and Mike and Denise Bowers; twin granddaughters Julia and Caroline Taylor; and brother and sister-in-law Jim and Wanda Montgomery.
