Loan Programs Available Through The Choctaw Nation
Southeastern Oklahoma Indian Credit:
The Choctaw Nation Credit and Loan Department better known as the Southeastern Oklahoma Indian Credit Association has the main priority to make loans to Native Americans who cannot borrow from other lending institutions. This program provides three types of loans:
Small Business Loans
To be eligible to apply for these loans one must have a CDIB card from ANY federally recognized tribe and reside within the 10 1/2 county area of the Choctaw Nation.
Choctaw Revolving Loan Fund:
Miro-Loans are available to Choctaw Native Americans only for Emergency Home Improvements and Small Business. These loans are available up to $2,500 and are to be repaid within 24 months.
To be eligible to apply for these loans one must have a CDIB card, be a member of the Choctaw Nation and reside within the 10 1/2 county area of the Choctaw Nation.
