Public Hearing Notice

The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma will be submitting a proposal for funds to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) 40101(d) Formula Grant through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) under the “Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid,” announcement number DE-FOA-0002736.
The Choctaw Nation will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 2 pm to 3 pm CST. The in-person location for this hearing is 4451 Choctaw Rd., Durant, Oklahoma. This hearing will also have a virtual link available for those who wish to attend virtually.
This hearing will be held to share the Choctaw Nation’s approach to the formula grant uses and is intended to provide an opportunity to offer comments and questions and give input on the Nation’s approach.

Those who wish to attend virtually should send an email request to Stanley Self. Please provide the following information within your email request: Name, Title, and Company, if applicable. The virtual meeting will be held using WebEx and include a phone number for those who wish to call in.
