CDIB cardholders up to 24 years old may submit an entry. All digital artwork files are accepted. You can submit a scan or photograph if your artwork is a physical drawing or painting. You may drop off your submission to any Choctaw Nation Behavioral Health Clinic if you cannot provide the digital file.

The artwork is due by March 24
Winners in each age group will be announced by April 10

All artwork submissions will be compiled into a video submitted to the Native Connections 2023 Digital Media Festival sponsored by SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration).
