It’s never too early to begin planning for Labor Day!
Our 2019 Labor Day celebration was a real success. Tribal members came from around the world to reconnect with their faith, family and culture.
Many attendees stayed on site in recreational vehicles, or RVs, to enjoy activities from sunup to sundown. The Choctaw Nation’s Tribal Events staff urges everyone who is interested in bringing an RV to submit an application soon. In 2019 the tribe received 450 applications. A lottery was used to determine which applicants would fill the 296 available spaces. A similar number of spaces is anticipated to be available in 2021.
Applications will be accepted after January 2, 2021. Please submit only one per household. Get the application here.
Because the safety of our tribal members and associates is priority, planning of events are subject to change. Please watch for more up-to-date information as it develops by checking Choctaw Nation’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
