Adkins celebrates 95th birthday

Frances (Taylor) Adkins celebrated her 95th birthday on May 13, 2022. Fran grew up on the Taylor Ranch in Rocky Point, Oklahoma; attended Moyers school 1st-12th grades. She also studied at Eastern OK State College and Modesto Junior College, California.

Fran lives independently, is a deaconess in the Brethren Church, and does volunteer work with the homeless. Her remaining siblings are Elizabeth Nored of Hugo, Oklahoma, Buddy (Jerry) Taylor of Moyers, Oklahoma, and Lucille Absher of Modesto, California.

Fran is very proud to proclaim her Choctaw heritage.
