He was raised by a family named Williams and was always known as Frank Williams on the Dawes Roll. He was a full degree Choctaw and was an original enrollee. He had two sons by a first marriage, Wilson and Joe Williams. He married Mary Ellen (Ella) Tindell, daughter of Pearce and Nancy Jane Tindell, in Coalgate, Coal County, Oklahoma. Nine children were born of this marriage – Mamie, Louise, Florence, Flora, Janie, Frank, Forrest, Silas and Ruby Elinor. My father and mother lived on the farm that was allotted to him five miles north of Centrahoma, Oklahoma. He was well known and had many friends in Coal County. He died in September 1927 and was buried in the Globe Cemetery near his home.
