Davis Walker Submitted by: Lucy W. Rimbach
Davis Walker married Ellen Kaniatobe. They had one girl and five boys. They were Semie, Dennison, Johnson, Joe, solon and Loston. The last two were stricken from the roll. Johnson was our father but I haven’t been able to find very much on Ellen or Semie. I do remember my father and his brothers. When we were small, it was very difficult to make a living around Idabel, which was where we lived. I attended boarding schools at Wheelock and Haskell as so many other Choctaw children did. I left the Choctaw Nation and moved to California where I worked for the Navy then the Air Force. My sister, Lena, and I live together in Talihina now since we are retired and both are widows.
