Claud was born in Indian Territory on 06-26-1894 to Willie P. Hubbard and Laura Ann Hibert-Hartiganee Kyle. He married Maude Anderson at Durant, Oklahoma on 11-02-1911. J.B. Carter performed the ceremony. They lived in Bee (Johnston County) Oklahoma, Roberta, Durant, and Calera all in Bryan County, Oklahoma. He owned a mattress factory and worked as a grocery store clerk. He passed away at Calera on 10-27-1949 and was buried in the Highland Cemetery in Durant. Maud was born 10-04-1891 and died in June 1938. His children were: Rue Franklin, James Lowell, Gertrude Margaret, Laura Lucille and Claud Donald. His parents, Willie P. Hibard married Laura Kyle on 01-29-1893. Willie died 10-27-1904 and Laura died 06-20-1955.
