Osborne Anderson was born August 1, 1882 at Sardis, Indian Territory.
His mother was Kizzie (Kissie) Burris and she probably originated from Oklahoma. His father was Robert Anderson who originated from Indian Territory.
Osborne had four brothers:
Odus Anderson April 11, 1878
Freeman Anderson October 7, 1885
Willie Anderson September 20, 1889
Raynie Anderson 1891 or 1892
Freeman, Willie and Rayne were also original enrollees.
Osborne attended two schools, Lebanon of Chickasaw Nation and Chillicothe Business College.
Osborne married Iva Pearl Weathers in McAlester, Oklahoma. They lived in Weathers, Blanco and Pittsburg which are all in Oklahoma.
