Matthew A. Taylor, 52, of Broken Bow passed away December 4, 2007, at Broken Bow. He was born May 9, 1955, in Antlers, the son of Joseph and Helen McCurtain Taylor.

Matthew worked many years for the Eaton Corporation in Shawnee as a machinest and was currently employed at the Choctaw Casino in Broken Bow. He was an avid OU football fan and Yankees baseball fan and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Matthew will be dearly missed by his family and friends for his special laugh, quick wit, and wonderful smile.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother of Broken Bow; three sisters, Ruby Choate and husband Lyman, Broken Bow, Priscilla Coleman, Broken Bow, and Sandra Denton and husband K.A., Blanchard; two brothers, Perry Taylor, Oklahoma City, and Kim Taylor and Gloria, Oklahoma City; two daughters, Cassidy Tolleson and husband Jess, Prague, and Ashley Hall and husband Jess, Shawnee; special friend, Donna Brinkley of Broken Bow; several nieces, nephews and friends.
