Jimmy Lee Taylor, 58, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2000 at Texoma Medical Center, Denison, Texas. He was born Sunday, April 19, 1942 in Lane, Oklahoma to Abner and jincey (Tom) Taylor

On January 23, 1960, he and Ann Howard were married in Olustee, Oklahoma.

Mr. Taylor was a welder. He loved to fish, hunt and watch sports, especially Monday Night Football. He also loved being around his family, playing with his grandchildren and his dog, Ugly and Coco.

Preceding Mr. Taylor in death were his mother; son, James Taylor; grandson, Cody Eaves, and brothers; Benny Taylor and Leroy Taylor.

Survivors include his wife; sons, Jimmy Taylor, Jr. of Clayton, Oklahoma, Benny Taylor of Kingston and Kelly Taylor of Mead, Oklahoma; daughters Peggy Taylor of Kingston and Judy Taylor of Kenefic, Oklahoma; father, Abner Taylor of Ardmore; brother, Newman Taylor of Oklahoma City; sisters, Gladys Taylor and Delores Taylor, both of Ardmore, and Julie Davis of Durant, Oklahoma; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
