Calvin Dean Prock Sr., 72, passed away Friday, June 11, 2004, along with his son, Lester Ray Prock, in a truck and car accident in Oklahoma City. He made his home with Lester and his family in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Calvin was a linotype operator and had worked in Oklahoma City, Seminole and Ada. He attended Jones Male Academy, Hartshorne, Oklahoma, and graduated from Haskell Institute in Lawrence, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lester Jefferson and Robert Prock.

Survivors include daughter-in-law Linda Prock of Shawnee; three daughters, Leila Prock of Rochester, New York, Phyllis Prock of Hawthorne, New Jersey, and Dianna Macais of Madison, Wisconsin; two sons, Calvin Dean Prock II of Rochester and Charles Prock and wife, Sherry, of Oklahoma City; three sisters, Doris and husband, Benny Grayham, of Oklahoma City, Mattie Jones of Kiowa, Oklahoma, and Anna Nance of Fresno, California; brother, V.W. Buster Jefferson and wife, Jerry, of Oklahoma City; 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
