Ola Pauline Owens passed away June 19, 2006. She was born March 12, 1910, in Purdy, Oklahoma, to John Candy Farris and Martha Elizabeth Freeney. Her family moved to Phoenix, Arizona, in 1919 and she had been a resident of Gila Valley since 1962.

She was endowed with many talents, capabilities and abilities so that she would be a blessing to her family and friends. As a natural homemaker, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother to three generations and a wonderful friend.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 59 years, Lloyd Swenton Owens; her son, Jerry Lee; grandsons, Vince, Travis and Monte, and granddaughter, Bunny.

Survivors include two sons, Ben and Steve, and two daughters, Norma and Linda, as well as her 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and her 21 great-great-grandchildren.
