Victor Lee McIntyre passed away August 25, 2003. From the day he was born, December 22, 1959, Victor was a ray of Sunshine. He was a good friend, a special son to his mother , a wonderful big brother to his sisters, and a happy “Uncle Buck” to his nieces and nephew.
Victor finished high school in Gallup, New Mexico and received his BS degree in psychology and counseling from San Diego.
