Jacob Jackson James, Jr. age 55, of Wilburton Oklahoma was born on May 9, 1940 at Shady Point, Oklahoma to Jacob and Edna (Cahoon) James. HE passed away on November 27, 1995 at Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He was a member of the Jehovah Witness Faith.

He had been a resident of Wilburton for the past 10 years. He was married to Hilda Cannon at Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1960. He had worked in the Weyerhaueser Lumber Mill at Ft. Townson, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jacob James, Sr. in 1973 and half-sister, Ada McGee.

He is survived by his wife, Hilda of the home; one son, Michael Ray James of Talihina, Oklahoma; one daughter, Teresa Davis of the home; three sisters, Patsy Gail Prock of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Carol Ann Smith of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Brenda Lucille Campbell of Ft. Smith; two brothers, Charles Cutis James of Poteau, Oklahoma and Billy Wayne James of Clarmore, Oklahoma.; his mother, Edna James of Okmulgee; three grandchildren and numerous friends and loved ones.
