Anna Marie Johnson, 44, passed away December 4, 2008, in Atoka. She was born on September 15, 1964, in Talihina to E.J. Johnson and Marie Leflore Johnson.

Anna attended school at Lane and Atoka High School. She studied Business Administration at Okmulgee Tech. She was employed as an administration assistant for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma for 23 years and an active participant in the summer youth programs. She was of the Baptist faith.

Anna was preceded in death by her mother and brothers, Jerry Leflore, Edward Johnson and Alvin Johnson.

She is survived by her father; sisters, Cleta Billy of Atoka, Anita Jones and husband Roger Coslow of Coalgate, Deborah Williams and husband John of Achille; brothers, Kenneth Johnson and wife Darlene of Achille, Richard Johnson and wife Pat and Bobby Johnson and wife Sara, all of Atoka; nieces, Misty Lynch and husband Emmit of Atoka, Holly Jones of Tulsa, Shannon Billy, KAnna Billy, Shawn Sublette, all of Atoka, Marla Johnson of Moore, Kari Peterson and husband Steve of Kiowa and Consetta Leflore of Stringtown; nephews, James Billy and wife Mary of Tushka, Samuel Billy, Marcus Mills and wife Mary, Jeremy Johnson, David Sublette, all of Atoka, Eddie Johnson and wife Terra of Coweta; special friends, Oneida Winship, Terri Englutt and Susan Edwards, along with numerous cousins, family and friends.
