Vivian F. Groves, 57, passed away July 2, 2005, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born July 1, 1948, to Jewell LeFlore in Oklahoma City. Vivian grew up in the Keota area until the first grade, then moved to Muskogee where she finished high school in 1966. She later went on to earn a B.A. from Northeastern State University.

Vivian married George Groves and had two children. They loved to travel together. Vivian enjoyed cooking, but more so, she enjoyed feeding those she worked with at the Veterans Affairs office in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She spent more than six years with the VA office. Her grandchildren became the pride of her life.

Vivian is survived by her husband of Muskogee; son, Bryan and Cheryl Groves of Landers, Wyoming; daughter, Jani and Shawn Reheard of Muskogee; sister, Wylene and Tommy Hudson of Skiatook; niece, Cara Hudson; nephew, T.J. and Keli Hudson and their son, Cameron Hudson; grandchildren, Roman Groves, Kayla Groves, Seth Reheard, Hunter Reheard, and Skyler Reheard, and many coworkers and friends.
