Carl Richard Ferrall, 57, passed away May 1, 2005, in Oklahoma City. He was born March 11, 1948, to John A. and Newana Crowder Ferrall.

He joined the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and served his time in Vietnam. He was a carpenter by trade for the past 30 years. He was very proud of his heritage and membership in the Choctaw tribe.

He was preceded in death by his father; grandfather, Carl A. Crowder, and grandmother, Nellie Madden Crowder.

Survivors include a son, Miah Still Ferrall of Denver, Colorado; three half-brothers, Wayne and Dennis Ferrall of Texas and Steve Ferrall of Opelousas, Louisiana; two half-sisters, Cynthia Martin of Opelousas and Linda Salzor of Texas; his mother of Oklahoma City; one aunt, Pat Crowder Armstrong of McLoud, Oklahoma, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
