Teddy E. Byrns, 51, of Moore, Oklahoma passed away on March 8, 2003 after a courageous lifelong battle with diabetes. He was born April 2, 1951 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Louie and Judy Byrns.
Teddy was the grandson of original Choctaw enrollee Julia “Judy” (Spring) Byrns-Reust.
He was raised in South Oklahoma City and was a 1969 graduate of U.S. Grant High School. He was a master plumber for 30 years. On December 21, 1974 he married Diane Kendrix in Oklahoma City. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
